OKAY  NOW IF YOU HAVE GOT THE OLD MOTOR OUT AND THE NEW MOTOR READY TO PUT IN. THESE ARE A FEW THINGS TO CHECK:
  1. WIRE HARNESS IS CONNECTED TO MOTOR
  2. EVERY THING IS TORQUED DOWN
  3. IF YOUR COMING IN FROM THE TOP WITH A CHERRY PICKER..ARE YOUR HOOK POINTS TIGHT AND YOUR STRAP IN GOOD SHAPE. (THIS IS NO TIME TO DROP THE MOTOR)
  4. CHECK YOUR ENGINE BAY FOR LOOSE ENDS OR ANYTHING THAT COULD GET IN THE WAY

BEFORE YOU PUT THE MOTOR IN THERE ARE A FEW THINGS THE ENGINE BAY WILL NEED TO FIT THE B SERIES MOTOR. THE INSIDE FENDER WELL ON THE DRIVE SIDE OF THE MOTOR. YOU ARE GOING TO NEED TO POUND A DENT  ABOUT 4" BY 5" WHERE THE ALT PULLEY GOES, IF YOU ARE USING THE STOCK ALT BELT. AS YOU PUT THE ENGINE IN, YOU WILL SEE THERE IS NO ROOM FOR THE LONG BELT UNLESS YOU PUT THE DENT IN.( GO TO THE AUTO PARTS STORE AND GET THE SAME BELT BUT 1 INCH SHORTER AND SAVE TIME ) ON THE BACK FIRE WALL WHERE THE REAR TRANNY MOUNT BOLTS DOWN .YOU NEED TO CUT THE LIP OFF THE CROSS MEMBER OR BEND IT ALL THE WAY DOWN .( 2" EACH SIDE OF BOLT HOLES ) THIS TO KEEP THE REAR TRANNY MOUNT BRACKET FROM MAKING VIBRATION NOISES  .

NEXT YOU CAN PUT YOUR MOUNTS ON THE MOTOR. ONLY PUT THE TRANNY MOUNT AND THE DRIVE SIDE MOUNT ON . THE REAR TRANNY MOUNT NEEDS TO BE PUT IN THE BACK OF THE ENGINE BAY AND SNUGGED DOWN. YOU WILL NEED TO USE THE REAR TRANNY MOUNT BRACKET OFF THE LS MOTOR. BOLT IT TO THE MOTOR BEFORE PUTTING IN. IFYOU GOT EVERTHING READ IT'S JUST A MATTER OF PUTTING IT IN. WE USE A CHERRY PICKER THAT SLIDES INTO A TOE PACKAGE OF A TRUCK. NOTHING SPECIAL LIKE ON TV.

YOU CAN SEE THAT I AM PUTTIN IN THE MOTOR A LITTLE SIDE WAYS AT FIRST ONCE YOU START IN THE ENGINE BAY YOU CAN MOVE IT BACK AND JUST SLIDE IT IN.  ONCE YOUR ALL THE WAY DOWN YOU NEED TO MAKE SURE YOU GOT IN THE REAR TRANNY BRACKET.. IF YOU DID YOU ARE READY TO SNUG UP THE MOTOR. TRY THIS ORDER IN DOING SO..
  • DRIVE SIDE MOUNT FIRST
  • TRANNY MOUNT SECOND
  • REAR TRANNY MOUNT LAST

*LOOK AT THE BOTTOM OF THE RADIATOR . THERE MAY BE A BRACKET FROM THE OLD MOTOR STICKING OUT.. IF THERE IS YOU WILL NEED TO REMOVE IT. THE NEW MOTOR MAY BUMP INTO IT UNDER HARD TOURQUE . THE NOISE THAT IT WILL MAKE FREAKED THE HELL OUT OF ME TIL I FOUND IT.

WHEN ALL IS IN AND TIGHT YOU JUST GOT TO GO IN REVERSE AND PUT EVERY THING BACK TOGETHER. YOU WILL NEED TO USE THE INTEGRA RADIATOR HOSES. ON THE BOTTOM HOSE 6" FROM THE BOTTOM I CUT THE HOSE AND INSTALLED A  5" PIECE OF METAL PIPE JUST TO GIVE MYSELF MORE ROOM TO MAKE THE HOSE LAY THE WAY I WANTED IT TO . THE TOP HOSE GOES ON GREAT.. ( DO NOT TRY TO PUT THE STOCK CIVIC TOP HOSE BACK ON . IT MAY LEAD TO HAVING 2 BIG CUTS AND ONE BROKEN FINGER !!! IF BY CHANCE YOU DO GET IT ON YOUR WAY MORE LUCKY THAN I..) WE USEED THE HASSPORT CONVERSION HARNESS THAT LEFT US WITH 4 EXTRA WIRES TO PUT INTO THE ECU. YOU WILL NEED TO GO TO THE HASSPORT WEB PAGE TO THE RIGHT PLUG DIAGRAM FOR YOUR CAR..  I CAN TELL YOU THAT THERE DIRECTIONS ARE TOLD TO YOU AS IF YOU WERE ON THE SIDE THE WIRES PUSH INTO THE HARNESS CLIP.  MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A LS ECU OR THE RIGHT ONE FOR YOUR CONVERSION.  IF YOU HAVE A CIVIC SI ECU IT WILL WORK BUT YOU WONT LIKE THE WAY YOUR MOTOR PERFORMS. THERE IS A BIG DIFFERNCE IN THE ECU'S..
                         AXLES  WILL BE THE HARD PART. YOU WILL HAVE TO DECIDE WEATHER TO USE THE STOCK CIVIC AXLES OR MAN UP AND USE THE B18 'S AXLES.. THE CIVIC AXLES WILL WORK WITH SOME TRANNIES LIKE THE TYPE R  NOT WITH THE LS... SO YOU CAN CHANGE THE OUTER CV JOINT OF THE INTEGRA AXLE TO THE CIVIC CV JOINT SOIT  FITS YOUR HUB..  NOW THE RIGHT WAY IS TO CHANGE THE  HUB, ROTOR AND THE CALIPER. ALL TO THE INTEGRA , THE PARTS ARE SO COMMON AT WRECKING YARDS. YOU WILL NEED THE BIGGER BRAKES FOR THE ADDED WIEGHT OF THE MOTOR.
